Edit a graphic in the photo gallery

1. In Page view, double click the photo gallery.
2. Select the graphic you want to edit by clicking it.

   A preview of the photo is displayed next to its name.

3. Click Edit, and do one or more of the following:

   Change the size of the graphic

   1. Under Picture Size, specify a width and height for the graphic in pixels.
   2. If you want to preserve the height-to-width proportions, select the Maintain aspect ratio check box.

   Rotate or flip the graphic

   Under Rotate Picture, do one or more of the following;

   • Click Rotate Left  to rotate the graphic 90 degrees counterclockwise.
   • Click Rotate Right  to rotate the graphic 90 degrees clockwise.
   • Click Flip Vertical  to turn the graphic upside down.
   • Click Flip Horizontal  to create a mirror image.

   Crop the graphic

   1. Under Crop Picture, click Crop.

      A cropping box appears on the graphic.

   2. By clicking and dragging the handles on the box, resize the box to include the part of the graphic that you want to keep.

      To draw the cropping box yourself, click outside the cropping box but inside the graphic, and then draw the box.

   3. Click Crop  again to remove the area outside of the cropping box.

Note   If you have made changes to the graphic but want to start over, click Reset to return the graphic to its original state.

Tip

Click Previous or Next to edit the graphic before or after the one you just edited.
