Add a graphic to a photo gallery

1. In Page view, double-click the photo gallery.
2. Click the Pictures tab.
3. Click Add.
4. Select one of the following:

   Pictures from Files

   Locate the graphic you want to use, and click Open.

   Pictures from a Scanner or Camera

   1. From the list, select the device from which you will be adding a graphic.
   2. Depending upon what type of device you selected, choose the resolution you want.
   3. If you want to make your graphic easily accessible the next time you want to use it, through the Clip Organizer (clip art), select Add to Clip Organizer.
   4. Depending upon what type of device you selected, select Insert or Custom Insert.
   5. Follow the directions for your specific device.
    
5. To rearrange the order in which the photos or graphics will appear in the photo gallery, select the name of the graphic, and click Move Up or Move Down.
