Delete a file from the current web site

• In Folders view, select the page you want to delete, and then press DELETE.

Note   When you delete a page from within Microsoft FrontPage, it is also deleted from the hard drive or web site from which you are working.

Tip

To select multiple pages, hold down CTRL, and click the pages you want to select.

Delete temporary files

1. In any view, click Refresh  on the Standard toolbar.
2. On the Tools menu, click Recalculate Hyperlinks, and then click Yes.
3. On the Tools menu, click Web Settings, click the Advanced tab, and then under Temporary Files, click Delete Files.

Notes

• For large web sites with many hyperlinks, this process may be time-consuming.
• If you delete temporary files for a large web site, the next time you open that web site on the server, it may take longer to open because Microsoft FrontPage must copy information from the server to recreate your local temporary files.
