When I purchase, how soon until I receive my product?
In most cases, immediately, as this is a downloadable package that you will be able to access 24/7 from your account downloads page. This is NOT a shipped product.
I don't have an account, how do I get one?
Accounts are set up when you go to make your first purchase, or when you initiate your first sales/support ticket with us. We do not require you to give us any more information other than
your name, email, and a password. All information is confidential. We do not store any credit card details as all of our payment processing is done through secure and trusted credit card processing companies which specialize in data protection and security.
Can you do my website for me?
Unfortunately we do not have the staff available to offer "webmastering" as a service. Our website templates are easy enough to use that virtually anyone can build an impressive website with
zero or little web development experience.
