It should be noted that this tutorial is not required, if you wish to simply use the one included support form that is included in the base installation. You need only continue with this tutorial if you wish to create additional inquiry forms.
- Login to the NUMO administrative area (ie http://www.yoursite.com/numo/)
- Click on the “Help Desk” –> “Manage Help Forms” menu option
- Click on the “Create New” button under your existing forms
