Numo.Help Desk: Initiating A New Ticket

  1. Browse to a user, using the “Accounts” browser.
  2. Click on the “Edit” button next to the user you wish to initiate the ticket with.
  3. You will then see a section marked “Tickets”, in which you will have an “Initiate New Ticket” button.
  4. Click the “Initiate New Ticket” button, compose your message, and then click “Submit”.  A message will be sent to the user telling them that a ticket has been updated with information for them to view.
