G9.Ch6: Zoom Menu – remove an icon in Dreamweaver

  1. click on the + next to the Library folder to expand and view it's contents
  2. click on the + next to the dreamweaver to expand and view it's pages
  3. double click on the zoom_menu.lbi page to open the page in the editing (design) window
  4. switch to Code view

  5. scroll to the bottom of the page
    ** Hint .. by default Dreamweaver has 'Code Wrap' or Soft Wrap enabled .. which can be a pain when you just want to quickly find something.. you can turn the 'Code Wrap' off, when viewing Library pages.. just click on the 'View' menu in Dreamweaver, find the 'Code View Options'.. then 'unselect' the 'Word Wrap' option

  6. locate the icon in code view you want to remove

  7. place your cursor to the left of the icon code ( in the numbered panel on the left )… and click to select the entire line of code

  8. press the Delete key on your keyboard, or Cut ( from the Edit menu, or right click and select Cut )
