Tier Three: One-on-One Support
Availability: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Time (-08:00 GMT)
Cost:
- 15 minutes of complementary tier 3 support included with each purchase
- support time can be purchased in half hour or full hour segments
- $100/hr for basic html/template related issues
- $150/hr for advanced scripting/database related issues
Format: Email Support Ticket Communication/Telephone Support
Scope:
- How Do I Questions outside of our regular scope of documentation (Coaching) $100/hr
- Server related issues (Navigation/FrontPage Server Extension Errors) $100/hr
- Program Specific Issues (FrontPage Navigation Bars, Forms) $100/hr
- Database/Advanced Scripting (Server Misconfiguration) $150/hr
Where to start:
- First, check our help center to see if your question has already been addressed.
- If not, then proceed to the chapter in the FAQs section and initiate a support ticket.
- Your ticket will first be reviewed by our
Tier 2 support team.
- If your query is elevated to tier three, you will be notified and will be invoiced before we can schedule a time to address your training or problem.
