Customization Options

We are proud to offer the following special custom services for our web products.

Please note: we are only able to provide these services for products purchased within the 12 months.
Products purchased longer than 12 months previous are subject to our "Special Request" option with a minimum charge of $150.

Free Text Logo Change - No Charge

We'll modify the stock template graphic logo text to youre desired text using the same font and positioning. You will receive a replacement graphic or flash file.

Vector Graphic Logo Insertion -  No Charge

We'll insert your transparent vector graphic logo in place of the stock template graphic text logo or alongside the stock tempalte graphic text logo. File must be in transparent PNG or EPS (as vector) format.

Text Logo with Special Font - $25

We'll modify the stock template graphic logo text to your desired text using the font of your choice provided we have that font on file. If we do not have the desired font on file, we will not be able to perform this service.

Bitmap Graphic Logo Insertion - $50

We'll insert your existing bitmap graphic logo in place of where the stock template graphic text logo would go, or place it beside the stock template graphic text logo.

Template Image Replacement - No Charge

We'll replace the "theme" images (in the flash rotator) with your own images. We will resize the images to fit the design specifications of the template.

Template Colorization - $50-$200

We'll modify our stock template to your exact design specifications. We can match to existing graphic logo, or provided HEX colors.

Special Request: Basic Services - $150/hr (minimum 1 hour)

Tell us what you are looking to have done. We may have someone on staff who can accomplish what you're hoping to achieve. We reserve the right to decline your special request.

Customization Repackaged Into Template - $25

We will take the customization you had us complete (text logo, graphic logo, image change, special request) and repackage into original stock template that you've already purchased and send you a link to download the updated package.
 

How It Works

Learn how our customization process works.

  1. Choose a web template from our catalog
  2. Determine what special services you need
    • If just a logo or image update
      1. add the item to your cart
      2. proceed to checkout
      3. once transaction has completed then request your logo or image update
      4. download the template
      5. install template and begin work
    • If a colorization, layout change, or other request then request a quote from the product details page
  3. Once we have heard from you
    • If additional information is required, we will contact you
    • If payment is required, we will issue you an invoice
    • Once invoice is paid (if needed) we will schedule a time to commence work
    • If "live preview" is included in service, you will receive a link from us to preview work before "sigining off" on project
    • Once project is completed, we will send you the updated files or repackaged template
