Please note: we are only able to provide these services for products purchased within the 12 months. Free Text Logo Change -   We'll modify the stock template graphic logo text to youre desired text using the same font and positioning. You will receive a replacement graphic or flash file. The process of having your text logo customized is fairly straight-forward. Submission Process: Review the customization process (this page) Agree to the terms of service Confirm your contact details Specify what you want your text logo to say Once submitted: Request goes into queue to be reviewed by the customization team You can review the status of your customization from your custom projects page Request is completed by one of our in-house designers A notification is sent out to you via email that your customization has been completed Once customization has been completed: You will be able to pick up your customized files with instructions from your custom projects page Provide feedback to the designer who completed your customization request Vector Graphic Logo Insertion -   We'll insert your transparent vector graphic logo in place of the stock template graphic text logo or alongside the stock tempalte graphic text logo. File must be in transparent PNG or EPS (as vector) format. The process of having your graphic logo inserted into your template is fairly straight-forward. Submission Process: Review the customization process (this page) Agree to the terms of service Confirm your contact details Browse your computer for the file you want inserted and supply instructions Once submitted: Request goes into queue to be reviewed by the customization team You can review the status of your customization from your custom projects page Request is completed by one of our in-house designers If there is a charge for this service, an invoice will be sent out for the balance of this customization service. A notification is sent out to you via email that your customization has been completed Once customization has been completed: You will be able to pick up your customized files with instructions from your custom projects page. If there is a charge for the graphic logo insertion, then your files will become available once the invoice has been paid. We will resize the images to fit the design specifications of the template. The process of having your template images/theme customized is reasonably straight-forward. Once submitted: Request goes into queue to be reviewed by the customization team You can review the status of your customization from your custom projects page If no clarification is required, you are billed for the project balance -- this includes the cost of the images. Your project is commenced once the project balance invoice has been paid Request is completed by one of our in-house designers A notification is sent out to you via email that your customization has been completed Once customization has been completed: You will be able to pick up your customized files with instructions from your custom projects page Provide feedback to the designer who completed your customization request Special Request: Basic Services - $150/hr (minimum 1 hour) Tell us what you are looking to have done. We may have someone on staff who can accomplish what you're hoping to achieve. We reserve the right to decline your special request. If you are interested in this customization option, contact our customization division with the details of your request. The process of having a special request submitted and completed can be a complicated process, depending upon what you need done. Because usually a special request must be completed by one of the "Project Leads", this is considered a premium service and is billed at a rate of $150/hr. Your project is commenced once the project balance invoice has been paid Request is completed by one of the Project Leads A preview may be provided If additional changes are required, go back to step 6 Once project is complete and approved by you, if project balance is greater than originally billed an invoice will be sent to you A notification is sent out to you via email that your customization has been completed Once customization has been completed: You will be able to pick up your customized files with instructions from your custom projects page provided there is no outstanding balance on your project Provide feedback to the designer who completed your customization request Customization Repackaged Into Template - $25 We will take the customization you had us complete (text logo, graphic logo, image change, special request) and repackage into original stock template that you've already purchased and send you a link to download the updated package.

Can I make these changes on my own?     In most cases, with the required software, the answer is yes. We usually find that customers prefer to save the time it takes to do it themselves and just instead pay us to get it done right the first time. However, for those items that personalize your website in the most basic of ways, such as the logo or image replacement, we often do no charge.     How Does It Work?     Choose a web template from our catalog Determine what special services you need If just a logo or image update add the item to your cart proceed to checkout once transaction has completed then request your logo or image update download the template install template and begin work If a colorization, layout change, or other request then request a quote from the product details page Once we have heard from you If additional information is required, we will contact you If payment is required, we will issue you an invoice Once invoice is paid (if needed) we will schedule a time to commence work If "live preview" is included in service, you will receive a link from us to preview work before "sigining off" on project Once project is completed, we will send you the updated files or repackaged template     Other FAQs     Do I need any third party software, such as an image editor, flash software, etc ?
